Shipping & Returns
For domestic shipping allow a delivery window of 1-7 business days. For international shipping allow a delivery window of 7-20 business days.
Orders can take up to 5 business days to be shipped (7 days). If you wish to receive your order for a specific date, please message us concerning this prior to purchase.
Returns or exchanges will be considered for special cases. There are no returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please contact us within four days if an item is faulty. The item must then be sent back in the exact condition it was sent in. You must email a tracking number and once the item is received a store credit will be issued.
We are not responsible for lost items. We are not responsible for orders that were not picked up from the post office by the customer or for packages that were attempted to be delivered 3 times unsuccessfully. If an item is lost due to failure of picking up/ receiving the package no refund will be provided. If an item is sent back to us for reasons outside of our control, the shipping cost must be paid again by the customer. This includes possible return custom clearance.
